The reps look slightly different today but it’s still a burpee. Yeah burpees!

3 rounds, each for time, rest 3 minutes between efforts:
50 double under
30 burpee to a 6” touch
10 overhead squat 70% of 1RM

Post WOD:
50 reps for time:
Dumbbell power clean and push press
*Work with a set of dumbbells that you believe you can do all 50 reps smooth and unbroken.
