This week we will be performing 2 1RM efforts. Power clean on Monday and backsquat on Friday. Please take these efforts seriously. Let’s put some PRs on the board!

Strength:
20 minute to establish a 1RM power clean

WOD:
5 rounds for time: *7 minute cap
3 deadlift 315/225#
6 toe to bar
9 lateral burpee over bar
