Don’t hold your breath Josh. There will be plenty of burpee fun this Wednesday!

Strength:
7×3 deadlift (start at 60% and ascend)
*Control the descents for 4 second negatives. Work with a partner to help time the negatives.

WOD:
15 minute AMRAP:
1 round of “Cindy”:
5 pullup
10 pushup
15 air squat
Then:
1 power clean and jerk #155/105
*Each round completed add 1 power clean and jerk. After the 8th round of “Cindy” you must complete 8 power clean and jerks.
