*every 5 minutes increase thruster load
0:00-5:00 75/55#
5:01-10:00 95/65#
10:01-15:00 115/75#
*this is just an example, you need to complete 4-5 successful weight changes so pick a weight that allows for this. (Rx is 20/10# jumps)
If you fail to complete a minute then drop to the last successful weight and continue until 25 minutes.
