Strength:
20 minutes to build to a 1RM strict press

WOD:
10 rounds for time: *15 minute cap
5 handstand pushup (strict if possible)
7 front squat 50% of 1RM
30 double under (60 single skip)

Cooldown:
500m row holding 20 s/m
