Kettlebells and single sided loading are great ways to increase core activation and build strength!

3 rounds for time:
30 kettlebell snatch 53/35#
30 pistol
30 pushup, dip or handstand pushup (must do all three, pick one to perform each round)

Post WOD:
4 rounds at a slow controlled pace:
10 GHD situp
10 high plank plate step (5 per arm)
