At 10 minutes on the clock:
5 rounds not for time:
5 Bulgarian split squat (per leg add weight as you are able)
5 seated bottoms up kettlebell strict press
1-5 reps of a strict muscle up, or one of the muscle up transition drills that you feel best fits your needs as an athlete.
