“The Hammy” is coming! It’s less than a month away! Check out www.thehammy.org to sign up for the workout and/or the “Hometown Hero 5k”! The gym will be closed on June 1st while we head down to the Kent State field house and support this event!

10×3 deadlift (5 second eccentric on each deadlift start at 50% and increase if possible)
