OTM for 10 minutes:
2 touch and go power clean
*Begin with around 50% of your 1 RM and build up to a heavy double. Focus on technique and fix those flaws!
For time: *15 minute cap
100 double under (2 minutes with your jump rope)
50 wall ball shot
40 abmat sit-up
30 dumbbell snatches (heavier than usual, definitely not unbroken)
10 muscle up (20 strict pullup)
