Some noteworthy things are happening this coming week! On Memorial Day, Monday May 27th we will be running “Murph” at with heats starting at 0800, 0840 and 0920. Following the workout we will be hanging out and refueling!
Saturday June 1st the gym will be closed as we head to to Kent state to support “The Hammy“!

20 power snatch
10 muscle up (20 strict pullup)
Within 10 minutes of completing the WOD:
Complete a 1RM seated dumbbell strict press on each arm
Complete a 250m ski erg time trial
