Our very own Randy Shorr was part of a team for the Ragnar Trail Kentuckiana-KY presented by Salomon, running some gnarly trails
during the day and the night, and putting his fitness on display! What activities are you doing this summer that you’ve never done before? Remember, Your Life Begins At The End Of Your Comfort Zone!

Strength:
5 superset rounds on 3 minute clock:
10 Romanian deadlift
5-10 strict ring dip (Add weight if possible. Hold a proper hollow)

WOD:
3 rounds for time: *20 minute cap
10 wall climb
10 deadlift 275/205#
100 double under (2 minutes of jump rope work)
