Quality of motion and range of motion are important! Make sure you put some emphasis on how well you move, not just how fast!

WOD:
13 minute AMRAP:
2, 4, 6, 8… handstand pushup
4, 8, 12, 16… toes to bar
6, 12, 18, 24… pistol

Post WOD:
5 attempts at a max set of double unders
