Sadly we loose two of our own this week. Felipe and Brian move on to be fit elsewhere. We will miss you guys!

Strength:
10 rounds on a 90 second clock:
Power snatch
Snatch
*Perform as quick singles. Start at 70% of your 1RM snatch and ascend if possible. DO NOT FAIL LIFTS!

WOD:
For time: *10 minute cap
30-20-10
Kettlebell single arm front squat (split evenly between arms)
Kettlebell swing
Kettlebell single arm push press (split evenly between arms)
Rx weight is 70/53#, use a weight that you can handle for all 3 movements. Kettlebell needs to rack properly (elbow against body)
