We’ve rebuilt strength and position. Time to test a max!

Strength:
In a 20 minute window:
7×3 deadlift (build to a 3RM)

WOD:
For time: *8 minute cap
100 box step up carrying 2 dumbbells (use box that is within 2 inches of the top of your knee cap)
