Strength:
5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
3 deadlift (heavy for 3 touch and go reps)
30 seconds to do as many strict single handstand pushups as possible

WOD:
For time:
30-20-10
Power clean #95, 135, 175/65, 95, 115
GHD situp
Alternating lunge (same weights as power clean)
