5 rounds on a 3 minute clock:
3-10 strict pullup (focus on quality and control, do 3 negatives if needed)
5 dumbbell strict press (each side, work on keeping the core engaged and the ribs held down)

10 rounds on a 2 minute clock:
Clean + hang clean + jerk
*Work up from 70% of your 1RM clean
