What are wall climbs? Are they the ones where you run up a wall or actualy climb over a wall?

I want to do it again, Jill is going too. This time I'm going to do some practice runs in the weeks leading up to it. I had no idea how to pace myself last year.

Anyone else want in on some practice runs? It's 37 stair flights.

I did Tackle the Tower last year but as a walker instead of a runner. I'd like to do it again if anyone is interested in walking...

Larry said:

Aaron did you and Jill sign up already? Also are you doing the same thing like you did last year for signing up as a group?

Aaron said:

We have both signed up. If you list "CrossFit CLE" as team name and "Aaron Shaffer" as person to start with they should keep all of us together.

When and where do you plan to do the practice run?
