The workout was designed by Marines Sgt. Brad Mckee to raise
awareness and funds for wounded and fallen soldiers. The workout has
been designed to simulate the pain and agony that our soldiers go

is their first day of a new 3 day cycle -- and now it will be easy for everyone to
