4 consecutive Tabatas. That’s 8
sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of
the following: Wall Ball
Pull-Ups
Squats
Sumo
Deadlift High Pull
Cool!
there's pull ups but no burpees I'm Game.
Honestly, I'm a little disappointed I'll be missing this one.
Only a couple more days...
