This Saturday from 9 to 10am we will be hosting a special open workout as we say goodbye to Ryan Speed who is moving to Washington, DC. All are CrossFit'rs invited! This will be the only workout this Saturday, as Coach Dan Bell's Olympic Lifting Seminar will be from 10-2. Register.
