This year we have 5 athletes competing at the CrossFit Sectionals in Columbus on Sunday in hopes of qualifying for the 2010 CrossFit Games. Unlike most sports where the events are known a year in advance, CrossFit is designed to prepare athletes for the unknown and the unknowable. In this spirit, Sunday's workouts were announced only yesterday evening. There are around 250 athletes scheduled to compete in the following workouts:
