This week Crossfit CLE's programming will be focused on the Crossfit
Classics (also known as Benchmark Workouts). With the challenge we
began in December coming to an end on March 7, we will be re-visiting a
few of the workouts included in the challenge and mixing in some of
your favorites throughout the week. That being said, the week just
wouldn't start off right if we didn't start it with ....
