Members, can we ask a small favor? Please log on me.crossfitcle.com to add your birth date. In time we are going to be tracking health metrics like age, sex, blood pressure, heart rate, range of motion, etc. along with the performance improvements you already see. The purpose is two-fold: 1) to have real-world data that show how effective our program can be to the more scientific minded -- at Case and the Cleveland Clinic for example, and 2) just to keep ourselves honest. If we see our programming is giving results skewed in one direction we can make adjustments.

3) click on Edit Your Account on the right
4) on the right, just under your address, enter your birthday
5) click on Update on the bottom of the page

*If you are unable to use the RX'ed weight, go as heavy as possible. Being that the rep scheme is on the lower end, you can choose a weight in which you can do a few reps in a row and perfect technique is executed. You do not need to go straight through on your rounds for this one! We want you all to start getting stronger and more proficient at overhead squats. You can sacrifice time to use more weight for this work out.
