It's the start of a new year! Maybe you have a resolution, maybe not. But do you know your freinds' new years resolutions? Now is the time a lot friends honestly commit to lead a healthier life and become a more active person. Next week, Jan 3 through Jan 9, we are hosting bring-a-friend-for-free week! Seven drop-in visits normally cost $84. Consider bringing in a friend. Even if you know they're not interested in membership, at least they will finally know what this crazy CrossFit thing is that you never stop talking about!

WOD
Dress accordingly for outdoor work out! (weather permitting)
Perform 5 walking lunges followed by 5 air squats until you reach 400 meter

If the weather cancels the planned workout, be prepared for a surprise WOD from Coach Travis Page.
