Now is the time a lot friends honestly commit to lead a healthier life and become a more active person. Next week, Jan 3 through Jan 9, we are hosting bring-a-friend-for-free week! Seven drop-in visits normally cost $84. Consider bringing in a friend. Even if you know they're not interested in membership, at least they will finally know what this crazy CrossFit thing is that you never stop talking about!
