Future Growth

Coach Travis Page ranked highest in our recent member survey. Effective today, Travis is taking on a more committed role with CrossFit CLE and will be running both morning and evening classes Monday through Friday. With 12 years training background, six years in CrossFit, a CrossFit Level I certification, a CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting certification, an NASM Certification, an ACSM Certification, and a BS in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, Travis is clearly committed to developing his training career. Travis lived in California for a few years and had the opportunity to train with several big-name CrossFit coaches. Even as a competitor Travis Page placed an impressive 25th in last year's regional CrossFit qualifiers and is training for the 2010 CrossFit Games. This combination of certification and experience leaves CrossFit CLE in the envious position of having arguably the most qualified CrossFit trainer in Northeast Ohio leading classes in the largest CrossFit facility in Northeast Ohio. CrossFit CLE is now in as strong a position as ever for future growth and development!

CrossFit CLE wants to thank Carl Sandridge for his training over the year as today was his last day with us. Going forward Carl is going to focus on caring for his new family in Akron. Members, please take a moment to thank Carl in the comments and let him know the difference he has made in your life.

For the morning crew, we do understand that Carl was your regular trainer and that you have formed a personal relationship with him. Realistically the transition to a new trainer personality can be quite an adjustment and even difficult or frustrating. We ask that you give us three weeks to prove to you the quality of our training. Now, more then ever, we remain committed to real-world results. Our excellent programming will continue to be posted daily and the CLE Fantasy Fitness League Challenge will continue uninterrupted. Thank you all for your support in this transition!

I am shocked. Just this morning we were talking about my bday WOD for Friday.
Carl, you will be missed. Thank you for all your time and patience, and especially your motivation. I definitely would not be where I am at without all your help. Keep in touch and I will try to do the same.

Carl,
Thanks for the training, patience and keeping that positive buzz at 6AM. I believe my CrossFit training carried me last year in HK and you were a huge part of that. Thanks again!

Carl,
Its been a hell of a run... We've loved you from the beginning. Who is going to talk Browns with me and laugh at Shelly every morning? (No one will ever understand her training strategy- "I only have to lift the bar 7 times today!") Good luck in the future and always keep that amazing attitude up. We'll always have great memories of the 6 am classes.

You are the living embodiment of the phrase that "a pat on the back is just 6 inches from a kick in the *ss." Just when I thought I was doing great, you pushed harder. I got results as a result and owe you a debt of thanks.

Best wishes to you in your most important job yet - being a father.

Carl,

It's because of you that during every wod I'm reminded I can always do one more rep, or go heavier on a lift, or should have done it faster... I hate and luv you for that bro. Take care and keep in touch.

In strength,
