Well, our first two challenges have been met by many. I'm really excited to see so many CLE athletes taking this challenge seriously. Yes, all you who come into the gym know I heart me some fun, and I think everyone has the right mindset for these next few weeks -- have a ton of fun and kick some serious ass!

Remember: your $5 ante and BEFORE pictures are due no later than Friday before midnight! NO EXTENSIONS ON PICS OR ANTE!

Also, we will grant an extension on the opening workouts to those of members who asked for it. They will have until Friday, December 18th to complete the 4 challenges AT THE GYM with, either, Travis or myself present. Their BEFORE pics and ante are still due this Friday and the contest end-date does not change.

Also, some of you are leaving for the holidays and have asked, "What do we do? We won't be able to make the 3-day gym minimum." Here's another question for you CLE'ers: What should we do? I have a few ideas myself, but again, this is YOUR contest! I want to know what you expect from your fellow athletes. Drop a comment or shoot me an email at travis@crossfitcle.com.

And for Wednesday...

It's the first day of "make-ups." Did you miss Cindy or your 1000-meter row? Now is the time to make it up. Also, if you can't make Friday's CF CLE Total, you can complete it today.

For all those coming into the gym for a daily WOD, today will be a Trainer's Choice to be posted at gym.

Re: the people going home...how about some bodyweight WODs? Eva T has a whole bunch we can pull from that are perfect for when you are traveling and can't get to a proper gym.

Do 20:10 x Distance Until Completion.
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
Complete stop/rest on the 10 second rest period.
Swim: 800m
Bike: 5 miles
Run: 2 miles
