8AM -- Free Nine In One Class & Beginner's WOD
9AM -- Daily Group WOD [Members Only]
10AM -- Daily Group WOD [Members Only]
DAILY GROUP WOD
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
8 Ring dips
12 Burpee Pull-ups
Post rounds.
Rest 5 minutes then...
AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
BW Back Squats*
Post repetitions.
