July 9 WOD

Run 10k somewhere on a nice cross country course, or come to the gym for Karen.

Warm-up, 2 rounds:
20 air squats
20 pushups
20 dislocates

WOD
"Karen"
Wall-ball 150 shots for time

If you don't want to do Karen you have to wear funny pants and learn to juggle kettlebells with these guys.

I'd do 150 wallballs over a 10k any day of the week!

(of course I can't come tonight so I'll have to wait to prove that till tomorrow!)

Speed... Basically, distance running = poo

(and as a sprinter distance running is anything over 800m!)
