Warm-up:
35 walking lunge
25 burpees
15 dislocates

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups (sub chest to bar pullups)
4 Handstand Push-ups (sub shoulder press)
8 Kettlebell swings
