Whatsup fellas?
So I've been on the Coast Guard ship for a week now and have worked out once (the 400m and 50 squats). Things have been busy but I've got my schedule figured out now enough to start working out regularly. Here are the constraints of my "gym".
The room is about 20'x 24' and has a huge piece of machinery that takes up about 40% of the space. The overhead is so low that I have to watch hitting my head doing burpees. The equipment consists of an erg, a treadmill, a set of dumbell weights from 5 to 65 lbs, an adjustable incline bench, a dip bar, and pipe I can do pullups on and enough floor space to do situps, pushups, squats, etc. And a bowflex machine.
Any ideas on where to find crossfit workouts within these equipment/space constraints? Thanks. See you again briefly in mid June.
