Here's Day Two of our Holiday "make-up" WODs. Yesterday, we put up the previous cycles WODs and gave you the option to complete one. Today, choose another WOD. We will be back on schedule with main page on Thursday [with some really great workouts on the way].

30 Push-ups
20 Squats
10 Tuck Jumps

1. Complete another of the previously missed WODs: Diane, lunges/box jumps/pull-ups, or row/bench press.
