Congratulations to Coach Travis and Big Joe Shininger! Each were fierce competitors this weekend at the Midwest Regional Qualifers in Columbus. Coach Travis ranked #23 out of nearly 100 male athletes from seven different states. Great job, Travis! Big Joe competed in each of Day One's events -- completing 2 of 3 -- and kicked major ass. You did great, Joe!

Thank you to everyone who showed support with your presence in Columbus, emails, phone calls... CrossFit CLE, you do us proud! You're all a great bunch of athletes and it's our pleasure to train you every day.
