Burpees in the summer breeze... This month we're tackling everyone's favorite full-body exercise: the burpee. Here's the catch:
- Chest must touch ground
- Hips must completely open and extend
- Hands above head on jump
- JUMP AS HIGH AS YOU CAN ON EACH BURPEE
