April 5 Rest Day
Rest does a body good. Take care of your body. Listen to it when it speaks. Intensity is important in a CrossFit CLE workout. If you're not well-nourished and -rested, your intensity will suffer. We're gonna be "fighting" on Monday. You've been warned.
