The wait is finally over -- CrossFit CLE shirts are here! The tees are comfortable and stylish, and will fit perfectly while you're going hard at the gym or loungin' around town. Both men's and women's shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton and come in sizes ranging from S-2XL. The men's shirts are charcoal grey with black and red logo designs, and the women's shirts are sport grey with the black and red accents.

We're currently taking pre-orders for the first shipment of tees. They're just $15. If you're interested in purchasing a tee, click on CrossFit CLE and tell us your size (men's or women's) and how many you would like.

We want to thank everyone for your slogan suggestions. Some were funny, some hardcore; while others were a bit more provactive. Here are some of the slogans we liked the best. Vote now for your favorite! The winning phrase will adorn the back of our first batch of shirts.

We'll announce the first slogan on Friday, February 6th. Pre-orders for our first shirts will end the following Friday, February 13th. To vote for your favorite slogan and place your order, just click CrossFit CLE.

CrossFit CLE will be closed this evening due to the weather. Extreme snow conditions present us with a challenge because a street parking ban goes into effect and the lot entrance is often plowed over by the city trucks before the lot is cleared again, leaving us nowhere to park.

It's cold! Cleveland Kettlebell Club has canceled tomorrow's meet due to weather. We'll keep you posted when the date is rescheduled.

Also, we will post a sign-up in the gym for people interested in a CLE Kettlebell Workshop being taught by a RKC trainer in February. This course will provide instruction on proper techniques, exercises, and advanced workouts. The course is open to all gym members and non-members. More information to follow.
New CrossFit CLE apparel is coming soon! We're asking for your help. Send us your ideas for a new CLE slogan. We're looking for something original and catchy; a slogan which epitomizes CrossFit CLE, it's members and our workouts. Send comments and emails, or write your idea on one of the gym's whiteboards. Aaron and I will choose the best one or two, and place the first shirt order at the end of the week.

Also, this Saturday, January 17th, The Cleveland Kettlebell Club will hold it's monthly meeting at the gym. The meet starts at 11AM sharp and goes until 12:30. This is a great opportunity to advance your skill and learn from multiple RKC-certified and other highly-skilled kettlebell enthusiasts.

It finally happened -- CrossFit CLE has a 1,000-lbs. man!  This morning, Joe Shininger recorded personal best lifts on his squat and press. During his CrossFit Total, Joe squatted 400, pressed 205, and dead-lifted 405! That's a CFT of 1,010-lbs.! Congratulations, Joe. Keep up the great work.

Okay, yeah -- we're pushing the date for the holiday party back AGAIN. However, this is the last time. Promise.

On Saturday, January 10th at CrossFit CLE, we will combine our Grand Relaunch with the Christmas Party, sprinkling in some New Year's cheer and -- VOILA! -- The Party After All The Other Holiday Parties Are Over Party! Mark it on your calendar, day planner, iPhone and Blackberry. This will be an event you don't want to miss. Festivities will begin at 7pm. Come hang-out with other CrossFitters and have a great time.

This is a BYOB event. Yes, Bring Your Own Burpee! No cover at the door. Shots and Squats will be served all night long. See you there.
