More Space!
Thank you to all of you who have helped CrossFit CLE to remain a success. Due to increasing membership we are considering relocation to a larger space. Please keep your eyes open for possible options. Ideally the space is:
1) East of downtown
2) 4000-5000sq ft
3) Free Parking
4) High-ceilings / warehouse
5) Ground floor (ability to drop weights)

I more than ever are convinced that cross fit training is the only true and safe training methods as far as strength and endurance training methods that are out in this world today! I have seen so many so called trainers who say that thier methods are tried and proven,to that I say no way,they have all of these fancey clubs and machines and horrendous methods for training people,it's a miracle that more people are not injured training with these so called trainers! These trainers need to be trained by crossfit trainers,thier clients are not getting the best and safest methods. Crossfit is the only way.
