CrossFit CLE Hours
CrossFit Group Training:
Monday through Friday
One group workout-of-the-day is held each hour on the hour. The first 15 minutes are warm-ups -- any time after the group workout is open gym until the next workout begins.
Individual Training
One-on-one or two-on-one training covering the basic lifts and movement patterns is available for all beginners. Contact Carl Sandridge to set up a time: 216-308-0521 or carl@crossfitcle.com
Mark Nizen is available for Olympic lift specific instruction.
Adam Kantelas is available for Kettlebell specific instruction
