Filthy Fifty


Above: The calm before the storm

Today Vik & Jim completed the Filthy Fifty, a very challenging workout for time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Way to go guys!! I can not believe I overslept for this one!! My husband and I will be doing this workout later tonight so wish me luck!

I did the half filthy fifty and it still was a challenge. Time 27:45

Wow! This one was intense. I had to make some subs because I didn't have all the equipment but I definitely gave it my best shot. I did everything except the pullups because I was pushing the 35:00 minute mark and I didn't want to overdo it...and, well...pullups kick my butt :)
