Special Session on Saturday

We will be having a special 1 hour session on Saturday starting at 8:00am. We'll be reviewing correct form on squat and deadlift, two critical components to any successful CrossFit program. You are welcome to do the workout-of-the-day while we review form if you choose. Either way the session will end by 9:00am.
