Today's workout is run 5k. How do you know if you are running correctly? Maybe such an idea sounds silly. Dr Romanov makes his living by answering that question:

Row 5k is a suitable sub if you have knee issues.

Write down your times so you have something to reference a month or two from now, either row or run.
