Today we used our new camera! Joe was able to time a good photo of the full extension (middle image) on Aaron's clean. This is by no means perfect, but notice the extension all the way through the foot. His toes come off the ground slightly as he drops suddenly into the catch position. See also this video of a hang clean in motion.

Do you have questions about scaling down the workout of the day? Jim pointed out the Brand X forum where they post scaled down versions daily. Great info!
We've had a lot of questions about pushing back our weekend workout times. I think that's a good idea. On Saturday, Sunday, and holidays we will be meeting at 8am instead of 6:30am.
Mon-Fri we will continue meeting at 6:30am so we can make it to work. Remember to check for rest days at crossfit.com because we will not be meeting on those days.
Yes, we still meet if it is raining. Today it was raining so we met under the pavilion located just beyond the pool, where we could stay dry while practicing the snatch.
The Chicago Tribune had an article two days ago about the CrossFit style workouts the actors went through to get their look for the film 300.
